Bringing Outlook delegate management experience to PowerShell

OK, bragging time 🙂

Here’s a screenshot of a small project I am working on, with the task of improving my PowerShell skills and getting to know the Windows Forms and the EWS APIs. The idea is simple, allow delegate management via GUI, and make it as close as possible to the Outlook experience.

It’s a work in progress, and there are plenty improvements to be made. Still, I’m quite happy with the result so far, and although I would probably rarely use it in practice, it sure helped me learn a lot.

The idea was born after I came across the Delegate management module, written by Scott. The Building Forms with PowerShell blog post by Stephanie Peters helped my first steps with using Windows Forms.

Stay tuned 🙂
