In today’s short update, I’d like to inform you that the direct links to access the new, specialized Security and/or Compliance Admin Centers will now work for organizations that have “only” Office 365 subscriptions. Up until now, a Microsoft 365 subscription was required.
The old Security and Compliance Center landing page has been updated with a banner on top to inform you about this fact. Although the banner mentions Microsoft 365, the links therein will now work just fine for “pure” O365 shops.
To access the new Security Admin Center, use the direct link https://security.microsoft.com/. Similarly, to access the new Compliance Admin Center, use https://compliance.microsoft.com/. Great. I have tried the urls after the announcement and they didn’t work. Now they do. Wonder when will they put direct links on the new admin center menu.
